Overland storage drawer

This original, functioning super highly detailed 1/10 scale overland storage drawer box comes in 4 versions. Logo and non logo, as well as with drawer catches and without drawer catches. The only difference between the logo and non logo version is that one has an integrated logo for display, and the other one doesn’t. Where it is more different is the other 2 versions, where one has 4 catches (1 for each drawer) so when the vehicle is in motion the drawers are secured in place and don’t fly out. The version that doesn’t have the catches may be more appealing to those who like a cleaner look. Unlike the overland boxes, this one is actually functional. The 4 drawers compartments can hold things, and they do slide out. All versions of the drawers have a depressed top which allows the user to put things on, such as a scale map, or tool box, or even an overland stove with functional pots and pans! (available in our shop). There are also 2 circular shallow pockets for scale beverage cans (also available in our shop). The catches for the drawer compartments are mounted with 4 M2x10 screws, which will rotate and allow the user to secure the compartments in place when travelling or open them for photo sessions. As part of a family of storage boxes, these will look best together on a tightly packed overland vehicle such as a 6x6 or a long wheelbase 4x4. As the “1/10” scale is more of a loose standard, feel free to scale up or down in your slicer to fit your own rig, if necessary. Same with all of our other print files, it is highly recommended to print only with a resin printer to achieve the maximum amount of details, and do remember to wear PPE. Post processing is the same with our other products. Use a spray primer depending on your resin type, then either spray paint or hand paint with model paints to your own liking. Top it off with thin coats of UV-proof clear spray. To get the logo’s background to a different colour, it is recommended to first spray a layer of your desired paint, then hand paint the rest. Remember to spray UV-proof clear coats at the end. Feel free to use the renderings as an inspiration for your colour schemes!
