Overhead brand Garage Door bottom Seal

I am excited to share my DIY solution for a damaged Overhead brand thermacore Garage Door bottom seal. The original weatherstrip is in good condition, except for a 2-3 inch section near one end that is worn out. Since Overhead door uses their proprietary seal and it's challenging to find replacement parts, I decided to create a custom 3-inch section using TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material. After printing, the result was impressive! To achieve this, I used a moderate infill setting of 25% and a layer height of 0.34 mm.
