1:8 scale action figure of the Overhaul robot from BattleBots Season 2! It has movable, posable joints that let you pose it however you like! Note: This model can't be copied for business purposes. Print Settings Rafts: No rafts are used in this print. Supports: Supports aren't needed for this print. Resolution: The resolution of the print is 0.20mm. Infill: The infill is between 25 and 50% to save time but still get a solid structure. Notes: This model is made from strong MarkForged Nylon, CFF Fiberglass, and transparent Aqua PLA from Equals Zero Designs (check out http://e0designs.com/products/miku-pla/ for more info). Assembly Instructions All parts can be printed flat on the bed without supports. Use #4 x 3/8" or shorter wood screws to attach the pontoons to the body. For other connections, use 1/16" diameter pins, welding rod, or rigid wire cut to the right length. Use a 1/16" drill bit to clean up the wheel axle holes and arm tower holes if needed. The top plate might need some minor trimming around the edges. The top arm components (top arm innards, top arm left, and top arm right) should be bonded together with CA glue. Two types of spacers are included to account for differences in printer quality. If a joint doesn't stay in place, you should use the longer spacer.
