Overflow comb and wall bushing

This is a comb type basket for marine aquarium overflows with elbows and grommets. The grommets and elbows are 1 1/4 gas threaded (42mm glass bore) and require a 47mm inner, 3mm thick O-ring to seal the bore. The ones I have made are in ABS for which some experience is required and some testing to fit the thread properly. You can also use commercial pvc parts and print only the comb which only requires adjusting the outputs to the commercial parts by scaling at the time of printing. The measurements are 16x7cm which converts to 46cm of comb adding its perimeter. When removed for cleaning, the elbow maintains the same water level in the tank as it is at the same height as the external slots. Of the elbows included there is one normal and one extra long elbow needed if your aquarium has glass reinforcements, printing two of the same type is required. The urn perforations will be at 70mm center to center, it is recommended to print a template with the same configuration as the comb for which you can print the comb file but only the base and use it as a template for the perforations.
