Over-sign Coat Hook
thingiverse
The internal feature of this coat hook is 0.9 inches. The sign the part was meant for measures about 0.825 inches thick. Initially, this resulted in a somewhat loose fit, but I managed to pinch the part as it cooled, ensuring it fits more snugly. I'm likely to alter the internal width prior to printing another one. Prints successfully without supports or a raft. My print specifications: PLA Material Used Bed temperature: 60C - a higher-than-normal setting, yet this allowed for a remarkably flexible finish. After cooling slightly, I swiftly detached the part from the bed, secured it onto the sign, and carefully pinched it to induce rapid hardening into a custom-fitting arrangement.
