Over Monitor Smartphone holder

<p>I wanted a phone holder which hangs over the monitor, as close to the eyes of the person on the screen. For making the eye contact more engaging and human. DIY Perks made a video on this, but that solution is way to much for me. Also my main screen does not have a webcam, the angle from my laptop is not great and so on.
