Over Hang Degrees Calibration
thingiverse
Recently, I eliminated numbers from the object due to slicer program errors; however, the updated version imports flawlessly. Test your printer's overhang tolerance without support material using a test object with degrees of 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, and 85. The smaller object changes degree positions at 0.6 mm increments, while the larger one adjusts at 1.8 mm intervals. This versatile object can be divided for testing at various layer heights such as 0.3mm, 0.2mm, 0.15mm, and 0.1mm. The smaller dimensions are 11.5mm x 10mm x 3.8mm, making it ideal for different layer heights testing.
