Over-Engineered Ender 5 Bed Strain Relief
thingiverse
This strain relief is inspired by, though not directly remixed from, the versions by derandi3d (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3443100), my3dPlanet (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4438959) and grizzlyeric (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3669438). The biggest change in the redesign is the wiring is directed toward the back of the printer. However, this design also adds additional engagement with the bed support and the ability to embed a hex nut into the part while it is printing. Items required: (1) M4 x 12mm long (or longer) socket head cap screw (1) M4 hex nut (version I got from Lowes was ~2.85mm tall, so void in part is sized accordingly) (2) small zip ties (2.4mm wide x 1.08mm thick)
