I used Cura's generic PLA setting for printing. I was able to print without supports, but you may want to turn them on. Remixed 2 designs to create a more robust filament guide that also holds the hot end cables. I thought a bearing was a little extreme for a filament guide so I just made the wheel more solid, but loose enough to spin. This object was made in Tinkercad.
