Sometimes it's incredibly tough to locate a decent double-gang box at the hardware store. I can easily find a million of those 4 11/16 wide boxes, which are apparently used for wiring ovens? They're fantastic, except they have no provisions for holding outlets. This plate will fit on the 4 11/16 box and hold a pair of decora outlet whatevers. Not intended for use in house wiring, I want to emphasize - I'm using this as a project box, so I can incorporate a ground fault interrupter into something which uses AC power.
