My wife grabbed a set of those flexible pot scrubbers and discovered that all our trays were too small, so I sprang into action with the 3D printer. I quickly took measurements from the sponge and gave it some extra space around it. Using PLA material turned out to be a great choice - no problems whatsoever with water. Since this item is used solely for cleaning pots with soap, food safety isn't a major concern. I make sure everything gets properly sanitized after each use.
