My wife picked up a set of these silicone pot scrubbers and all the trays we had were too small, so out comes the #3D printer to the rescue. I just took measurements off the sponge and gave some extra room around it. Using PLA - worked out great, haven't had any issues with water. Not really concerned about food safety as it's used with soap for scrubbing only; items get proper cleaning afterwards.
