I used 00 scale plans from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2309044 as inspiration, but was unable to successfully print the roof so I redesigned it without one, modified the door cut-out into a crescent moon shape, switched out the loo roll for a bunch of scrap paper on a nail attached to the door and added stonework details to the exterior.
