To create this unique design, specific options were employed as follows: outside thickness of 2.0, label space of 1.1, a length of 80, clip extension of 0.8, clip angle of 150, label direction set at 1, label thickness of -0.3, label height percent of 60, hinge diameter of 4.0, width of 8.0, part designated as the outside, label text left blank, inside thickness of 1.6, label font being write/orbitron.dxf, hinge gap of 0.1 and a hinge angle of 230. Additionally, a curvature of 80 was included in the design.
