To make it, you'll also need two each 6" x 12 inch buoys, eight feet of 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe, one T PVC T bracket, two each four-inch carriage bolts, one six-inch carriage bolt, four each nuts to fit the bolts, one locking nut to fit the vice, and finally washers for each point a bolt or nut will strike the plastic for durability. I made them swivel because I prefer not to use outriggers when paddling down the river or on a lake. However, when I stop to fish, I want durability to be able to stand. These are semi lightweight and seem to work great. Outrigger kits are about $150 each. I built these for around $85.00 for two and had fun designing testing using my printer!
