Kids are naturally drawn to outlets, and standard plugs often fail when they're actually needed. To keep kids safe, I created a simple outlet cover that glides over the faceplate, leaving a hole at the bottom for cords to exit. Our lamp remained plugged in while our child's fingers stayed safely away.
