I wanted to find a way to charge my phone (Galaxy S5) while I'm in the bathroom and listen to music at the same time without cluttering up my counter space. So I decided to build an outlet cover plate with a charging stand, adding a channel inside the body to pipe music through some speaker cones. I'll be creating versions for GFI outlets, duplex outlets, and layouts featuring cradles on either side of each outlet, complete with speaker cones.
