My faucet's tab broke so I created a replacement. It fits snugly on a 9.5mm knurled bit attached to the faucet handle. The new knob features 16 interlocking teeth. The Fusion360 design files are included, allowing you to edit and customize the knob according to your preferences. The parametric design makes it easy to modify the sketch and see the changes propagate throughout the feature. A thicker version of the knob feels more comfortable in the hand and may be stronger overall. It's a good option for printing with PLA material. I recommend using this one. Additionally, I've added a knob test file that showcases a small section of the connecting part. You can print it to ensure a proper fit on your tap. Scale the design by a few percent to achieve a snug fit. When assembling the parts, heat up the knob first and then apply heat pressure to secure the plastic in place. For outdoor use, consider using ASA plastic, which offers better resistance to UV rays and extreme temperatures.
