It was created using 3ds Max 2011 software and offers versatility for various uses such as real-time, game, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. The pool has 64,489 polygons and 54,810 vertices, while the furniture consists of 913,172 polygons and 632,992 vertices. Twenty instances of trees are also included with 186,200 polygons and 317,414 vertices.
