This is a life-size replica of an Outdoor Spa Pool designed by a skilled architect. Units used: Centimeters Created with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model can be utilized for various purposes, including real-time and game use in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. POOL - Comprises 64,489 polygons. - Features 54,810 vertices. - Measures 75×65×25 meters in size. FURNITURE - Consists of 913,172 polygons. - Boasts 632,992 vertices. TREES (20 Instances ) - Encompasses 186,200 polygons. - Includes 317,414 vertices. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality with smooth edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for effortless addition of details or geometry editing. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances, making it easy to modify or replace them. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES Preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI with map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are properly named. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plug-ins are required.
