Outdoor socket cover

I wanted to shield my outdoor socket from rain and sprinkler water in the garden. The socket itself is a waterproof socket outlet, designed specifically for covered areas outside. The cover closes on four sides, with small lids on the backside used to secure the cover between the socket and the wall. A cutout at the front can be closed by the second part if needed. The topside features an angle of approximately 3° to direct water away. For added mechanical strength, there are struts on the inner side. You can use my cover with a 68mm wide socket outlet or modify it to fit other types of sockets.
