Outdoor Power Stake Adapter
prusaprinters

I bought a power stake that has a light sensor and timer, which is great for a hands-off approach to making sure the lights come on and off. BUT, the stake mounting point broke. Enter this new adapter!

My printer is REASONABLY calibrated, but you may need to tweak the size. I designed this with the threads built into the model, so you should only have to print and go!

Material

I used PLA+ to print this, as it was already loaded into my system. I would suggest PETG or ABS for more toughness. I will say that in PLA+, it hasn't broken yet after multiple winters!

Post Printing

All I did was clean up the start of the threads (which is the side that attaches to the print bed). After that, the stake screws into this part, and it should be a snug fit for the power stake to snap into the adapter. My printer was reasonably calibrated, but the threads may be a bit off on your system.

The STL is a big download mainly due to the fact that I have the STL meshed to a pretty fine detail.
