This thing is essentially a portable coaster for drinks for outdoor use. It's intended to be used outside by pushing the pointy end into the ground (soil, likely won't work well in sand or rocks) about 3 in or 7-8 cm. The coaster should sit up high enough to be above well-groomed grass, making this an ideal thing for use during backyard cookouts or picnics. Fitting the ring into the base will require some pushing as it is designed to be press fit and not require any glue. I ended up using a rubber mallet to tap it in after printing, but you could also size the base down in x and y dimensions by 1-2% and forego the press fit, but you'll probably have to glue the ring to the base at that point. If the parts are printed in the same orientation as the cura screenshots, you will not need supports for this print.
