Outdoor Deck Accent Lighting

I have Intermatic outdoor accent lighting on my deck, which I removed to paint the surface several times, causing some light bases to break and resulting in lost lenses. To replace them, I used SketchUp to design this custom solution. For the lens, I opted for translucent filament, which provides better glow than the traditional clear lenses of older lights. Since I had a surplus of PLA on hand, I chose to utilize it for the project, increasing the infill percentage to 100% on the base plate to ensure stability. Additionally, I set the lens thickness to 1.2mm for both top and bottom layers, as well as the outer shell, which has so far prevented any warping issues despite exposure to extreme temperatures over a month-long period, including two weeks of sweltering heat with temperatures ranging from 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit.
