I used Loctite PowerGrab as it is compatible with both concrete and plastics.(optional) outdoor wire mesh to keep out any rascally varmints.  I used ¼" galvanised hardware cloth.AssemblyPrint file Outdoor 4in Vent Cover Wall Mount Plate.stl and install 4x threaded inserts.  These should press fit in with a press, clamp, vice, etc. The side facing the wall has a recess, apply construction adhesive to the recessed side and affix around vent.Print Outdoor 4in Vent Cover Cap.stl and optionally the Outdoor 4in Vent Cover Flap.stl if this will be an exhaust vent. These parts fit loosely together to allow the flap to move easily when air is moving.Use the 4x 12mm M5 screws to attach the Cap to the Mount Plate.
