This design was influenced by the PSD "Out-side" footstop. The final product is printed with durable ABS plastic. A robust Earthwing Big Hoopty board was chosen, paired with a reliable Red 44 Caliber 1 mount. Secure fastening is ensured via a 10/32 phillips head screw with a sturdy 1.5inch thread length. Please edit to your liking. Still just a prototype, future editing will be necessary after further refining the design. Create a symmetrical arc by duplicating the 3.45 inch curved line on both sides of the original design. Then adjust the curvature to achieve a comfortable angle of approximately 0.6-0.8 inches from center point. Next, add a 0.3 inch gentle curve following the rear of the arch, opting for a more conservative design due to the delicate nature of ABS plastic despite its resilience. Ensure identical spacing between curved lines on either side by matching it with screw gaps found in a standard skateboard configuration. To achieve precise component placement during cooling, sketch and mirror another extrusion across the initial output, adding larger slots than standard 10/32 phillips head screws can accommodate within them. This process will produce optimal fitment without post-processing issues once set. Proceed by slicing these additional slits downwards, allowing them to maintain a width fitting securely around screw lengths during subsequent prints. Thoroughly review dimensions ensuring that wall sizes are neither excessively narrow nor weakened further. Use ABS PLASTIC exclusively for 3D printing as other materials lack the required strength needed. Also apply rafting and heat-based settings based on individual printer requirements for ideal output results. Double-check your input values for proper scaling, accuracy and to ensure overall object stability
