My kids asked for a few extra bells and whistles for their Otto DIY bots. As they keep asking, I'll add more. <Update 11/4/2017> I'm adding masks from the GIFS robot class that my students created. Check out their finished projects here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2552852 <Update 9/10/2017> I added some new masks and uploaded a FreeCAD model I made with my kids to make these bots. Just edit the Sketch called "EditThisSketch". The blue lines are reference geometry that show where Otto's face is in relation to the mask. Since I don't dimension these sketches fully, you'll need to add more guide lines and constraints for symmetrical shapes. To see the sketch better, hide the Mask object first. You should be in the part design module to use the sketching tools. Plenty of online tutorials can help you out – have fun!
