A corner-fitting clamp device attaches to a chain link fence, with an opening for the door slide to pass through. Secure brackets hold it in place. The Otter enters an 8" PVC tube, after which the door slides shut, featuring a lower curve for access. The tail can protrude for physical exams and blood tests.
