I tried to achieve a cell-shade effect, but Sketchfab lacks that option. The mesh around the mouth is awkwardly lit for some reason. This model has been an absolute nightmare to fix, mostly due to its terrible xforms and bone issues. Those problems make it nearly impossible to work with the skin and rig properly. After putting in far too much effort, I've barely managed to get it into this pose and export it. The thought of adding clothing or armor is daunting because I'd have to re-rig, re-skin, re-pose, and re-animate everything all over again. I'm having trouble finding a step-by-step guide on how to create multiple variations of a character model while only rigging and skinning one version. It doesn't seem practical to redo every part of the work for each variation in the mesh.
