Manuscript of large format from the 15th century (1437-1438). Written and illustrated by two monks, Maka Maka Sêdêq and Pâwlos, living in Ethiopia around mid-century. Ferdinando Martini acquired the code in Eritrea, where he was governor (1897-1907).
