This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 and later converted into multiple other 3D formats for versatility. Its native format is .skp, while a corresponding 3ds Max scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 software. High-quality rendering was achieved with Vray 3.00. To date, the model has been modified to accommodate civilian urban housing and an OTP bank branch layout.
