Please read the warning by clicking on the profile. Designed to make construction easier, this ergonomic lego plate handle was created, developed, and designed during courses on 3D printing by occupational therapy students at the EESP (Haute Ecole de Travail Social et de la Santé) in Lausanne (EESP promo 2019). The handle is intended for children with hemiplegia who struggle to stabilize the base while building. The lego plate used in this project was generated by the bricks tool available at http://bricks.lapinoo.net/. This project is part of a larger evaluation process that uses the TUET (Toys & Games Usability Evaluation Tool) analysis method. This method helps identify barriers to accessibility and use in commercially available games and toys. For more information, please visit http://www.tuet.eu/ and download the evaluation tool.
