UPDATE: Some printers and slicers might experience an issue with the original main frame due to a hollow space present in the design. I rectified this by removing the hollow area, and the revised file is titled Base_frame_hollow_fix.stl. This design is tailored for use with an OMP Superleggera Racing wheel, which can be fitted onto an OSW Servo SimRacing wheel. However, it may also accommodate other wheels of similar specifications. The assembly includes paddle shifters and a button box enclosure. All measurements are in metric units, and the screws utilized are those readily available at local "home depot" stores. Thanks to the 4-magnet operated mechanism, the shift feel is quite satisfactory. I find it to be very appealing, with the buttons positioned conveniently within reach. The incorporation of 4D Carbon vinyl wrap enhances the aesthetic appeal, rendering a visually stunning appearance that is unparalleled by any commercial solution. Furthermore, this DIY solution offers an unbeatable bargain compared to its market counterparts. One notable point to consider: As evident from the design, I employ two threaded sleeves for each shifter assembly. These sleeves are 22 mm in length, with a thickness of 5 mm and 4 mm threads on both sides. Each sleeve serves a distinct purpose - one secures the upper structure in place, while the other functions as an axle for the actuator arm. The shifter assembly is secured using M4 x 10 mm screws. It's worth noting that the necessary lofts to accommodate the screw headers are already integrated into the design. The screw header boasts a diameter of 8 mm.
