Update: 4/11/2021 Fixed files An OSUBE (Open Source Unified Board Enclosure) Kit for the Big Tree Tech SKR Series (1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.4 Turbo) of mother Boards and the BTT EXP-MOT V1.0 Driver Expansion Module. It will mount with any OSUBE regardless of total dimensions. This kit contains files for several build variations: -3x Upper Deck (lid) Fans for top-down cooling of drivers -2x Corner Fan for side cooling of drivers and Upper Deck (lid) -1x Custom Wall Bracket for running your USB through the fan side Both Upper Deck varieties come with Fan Wire Guides that pinch the wire into place for a cleaner cable management. I recommend starting with the furthest fan and work your way to the port. One set of 5.3mm holes on a Corner Bracket is sufficient to zip-tie/twist-tie the excess. Tools Needed: 3mm Screws (6mm long for the enclosure, 10mm for mounting the fan) 5mm Screws and Hammer Nuts for mounting to V-Rail Big Tree Tech SKR 1.1.3, 1.1.4, or 1.1.4 Turbo Printer Board 4040 Fans (Make sure they match your power source) As always with any OSUBE design, the Fusion360 Files are included for easy remixing. Please include only relevant STL's in your remix (i.e. a custom lid extrude/push-pull doesn't need other STL's). Also, please return the favor and include your Fusion360 file. Happy Remixing!
