OSU Coasters (Oregon State)
thingiverse
A print that not only can help keep your water glasses safe from rings but also proudly display your support for the OSU Beavers. Two designs are available: a Beaver and an OSU logo. To complete a coaster, you will need to print all files with the same name as each design. The color used for printing is included in the file name (Black, Orange, or White). Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed this in PLA using a 0.4mm nozzle. Some pieces are flipped 180 degrees, so they present the smooth surface up when assembled. Post-Printing To assemble the coaster, I cleaned up the inserts with an Xacto knife and used either super glue or double-sided tape. Double-sided tape is recommended - be cautious if you use super glue, as excess or fumes can damage the final product. How I Designed This I created this design in Autodesk's Fusion 360 - a fantastic piece of software.
