Oster Pro Hair Trimmer Lever
thingiverse
The tiny notch on my trusty Oster Pro hair clippers' adjustment lever broke off in a flash. Rather than gluing it back into place, I went all out and created a simplified 3D model of the part so I could print an entirely new one from scratch. After all, that's what we're all about as hobbyists - taking on a challenge and making something from nothing. I used PETG for its incredible strength and because it was just lying around, waiting to be used. Feel free to choose whatever material you like best. To print the part, I placed my model on its side, with the notch facing upwards. My printer had no problem bridging the circular shape without any supports. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to add some extra support for added peace of mind.
