I was having trouble finding a Brush Cap for my John Oster Model 40 Milkshake Mixer. So I decided to design my own. This is my first attempt at anything CAD. It is a little rough on the edges, but it does what it is supposed to do. I took the original cap to my nearest hardware store to find out what thread it was and came home and finished the file and printed it. It would not thread onto the machine (too small). I decided to get on Amazon and buy a set of thread checkers and found the correct thread (the thread checkers that I purchased had a better range of threads).
