Had some issues with parts/design so had to make fixes, hope those help somebody. Fix 1. Switches I used were very loose in original mounts. Got double presses. Made 0.3mm thick shims that go between switches, make them sit tight in the mount and space them evenly. Fix 2. No pins to hold the switches. In video creator uses some blue pins for that but doesn't show what it is (probably a piece of filament). Couldn't use that since my filament is 1.75mm and holes in switches are 2.5mm. Made custom pins. Fix 3. I use gearbox on a table mount that is tilted. In that position legs of some switches move toward handle mechanism and get broken when I move the handle from side to side. Made a retaining bracket that goes over switch legs and doesn't let them tilt. Installs on the same pin\bolt that holds the switches in place. Fix4. Wanted less force for turning gears on and off but if you loosen the mechanism too much the cap that holds the springs will come out of its seat, it turns over time and springs pop out. Made a slightly taller cap for the "click mechanism". Also to use the adjustment comfortably, without the need to make a new tube every time an adjustment is made, the arms that push the switches heed to be glued to center arm. Fix5. Since I use gearbox on a table mount the bottom is exposed. Made a cover that clicks in to place in already existing holes. Surface mounting holes remain accessible.
