Osprey Hydration Magnet Clasp

<p>Replacement clasp and base designed for Osprey hydration packs. Pieces can be printed together as a set or individually to replace a missing piece. These parts might work with other hydration pack systems I just don't have any to compare against, if you test it out and have success let me know.</p><p>Base fits 20mm (~¾") webbing, has a slightly recessed section with a diameter of 16.4mm (fitting existing Osprey clasps), and the clasp's bottom face is 16mm (fitting existing Osprey bases). The clasp has a 10mm diameter opening slightly flattened on one side to fit 10mm OD tubing tightly (in the US this is sold as ¼"), mouthpiece will need to be removed to feed tubing through clasp.</p><p>Base and clasp can both be printed flat on the bed. The clasps 10mm opening may sag slightly, functionality isn't effected but use supports if this bothers you.</p><p>Both clasp and base use embedded round <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B3SDRCP">8x3mm magnets</a>. <strong>If printing both halves make sure to orient your magnets correctly so they attract.
