I've just got my Osmo Pocket, unfortunately a few extras seem to be on the slow boat from China. Primarily the External Mic connector and a GoPro style mount are running behind schedule. I am heading out for a test hike tomorrow so I quickly assembled this setup so I can attach it to the Selfy stick. The hole in the base fits the External Mic adapter securely, holding it steady and firm. I found that the adapter seemed a bit delicate and fragile. The sides allow attachment of a cold shoe mount for the mic, as shown in the picture, the Osmo Pocket should fit snugly in place.
