This model is based on real data, which means it's a realistic buildings and streets setup of Oslo, Norway. It includes 7 building groups that are separated into top and side parts, making it easy to add variety to buildings by changing the color, materials, and/or textures. Each group can be turned off or on to suit your project needs. The model has UV-mapped data with overlapping UVs, allowing for seamless rendering. The geometry is built using polygonal quads and tris, making it fast to render. This 3D model comes untextured but renders quickly. It's available under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license (CC-BY-SA), allowing for commercial use without additional costs. The data on buildings and streets is sourced from OpenStreetMap, with the copyright notice provided at www.openstreetmap.org/Attribution: OpenStreetMap contributors. Points/Verts: 1,357,954 POLYGONS: 956,794 Format: The model comes in native .c4d format, as well as in .3ds, .fbx (v7.1), .dae (v1.5), and .obj formats. Extra description is added to avoid any misunderstandings with the 3D model. The âstreetsâ title refers to the area between buildings, which is not a separate 3D model. Note that, despite being based on real data, some parts of the city may be missing if there isn't enough data available. However, any updates will come free with a license for customers who have already purchased this model.
