Hovercrafts spearhead the defense of Zion, serving as the city's primary transportation and defensive forces. Manned by a diverse crew of redpills and natural-born humans, these ships come in varying sizes, armaments, and combat capabilities. Yet, their singular mission remains unchanged: to safeguard humanity from Machine tyranny and its relentless exploitation of the Matrix. As the Osiris, a MARK VI Zion hovercraft No. 16, discovered the Machine army digging towards Zion, it was ambushed by Sentinels. In response, First Mate Jue bravely entered the Matrix to send an urgent distress signal via an emergency broadcast drop. The Osiris's name pays homage to the Egyptian god of the Afterlife. Two distinct plaques bear witness to the Osiris's story: one features indented lettering, while the other boasts raised text.
