I needed to fit into a tight space for some sanding and I certainly wasn't going to do it by hand. Given that I had this nearly useless cordless Dremel, I thought I could make it somewhat more useful. Parts Used/Instructions: * A lot of PETG * 2x F608 bearings (the flanged skateboard ones) * 1x 685 bearing * 1x 30mm M4 screw * 1x M4 nut * 1x 20-30mm M3 screw * 1x M3 nut, to connect the plate to the chuck. Some glue might be a good addition * Some glue, the arm is glued to the pipe, to make printing easier. * Also, the tiny 685 bearing is glued to the plate to prevent it from being launched into orbit. (There may be a few bearings in orbit currently) * Glue some sanding paper on the bottom of the round tool. I'd say it's a work in progress, but I did manage to get the sanding done I needed, and the tools tend to break where they couple to the pipe part, so be careful. It's not very balanced, but with the 685 bearing it's less likely to explode than it was when I used a 608 bearing, so I'm okay. Also, full speed on the Dremel is quite exhilarating because, not very balanced.
