*Note: You will need to increase actual train wheel diameter. The tire decreases the already small wheel height and causes it to derail. Included are some wheel size modifications.Print:TPU0.12 layer heightPrint slow. Only takes a couple minutes per tire.Use high temp 234C etc. so the layers fuse together better.Install:-Trim any stringing from print rather than pulling off.Sand smooth the inside track of the wheel as prints usually leave a hump where the circles joins. Only fits one way. It's made to cover the shorter side of the hub. Slide over one end and slowly work the rest on. Tip:Print tires at .12 layer height and slow speed.Wheel mods:Provided caps to be glued to wheel or you can modify the wheels yourself if not built yet. Designed for already assembled wheel/axles. File smooth any bumps after print and especially on the wheels. Make one razor blade cut along the ring and slip over the axle. Use Loctite Plastics bonder. careful with glue/fingers :) Works for 6 of the wheels.Bolt on motor bogey rails. One axle has tighter clearances and required a different aftermarket design. After print, cut/file corner to clear drive gear.PLA, .20 layer height, 210C for higher bond, position close to starting point on bed to reduce nozzle drip, print separately or one at a time (not back and forth between parts).
