I really like the Ortur Master II Air Assist with Z axis level by Brian Dragtstra, it elegantly solves challenges with the Ortur Master II laser Engraver / Cutter. Learn more about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9faxWKwpkU&feature=youtu.be I did however have difficulty printing his press fit slider insert (Pressfit_PRINT_SOLID.stl), it was a bit small for my printer nozzle and the slot in the Carriage (Carriage.stl) had overhangs and very tight tolerances, a real challenge. So I re-designed the slider insert and mating cavity so it can be easier to print with a larger nozzle and without support. I also replaced the M4 with an M3 so that there is a bit more thickness around the bolt and nut, and replaced the hex nut slots with square nut slots (personal preference). Finally I added a M3 Thumb screw (i use 2 M3 square nuts to lock it in place) The Air Assist Plate (AirAssist_Plate.stl) is unchanged Enjoy.
