If you have Simplify3d, reduce inner part size to 97% to give a small bit of play. The outer needs no size reduction. For other slicers i have no clue, never used them Attach Outer tensioner first to existing frame, matching hole and square to respected position. With the length of belt they supply, trash it and get some you can custom cut. Loop belt from the top, so the belt teeth connect Use 2 small zip ties. One to hold in place temporarily (you can trim excess off after), and the other to get as close to the part as possible
