Ortlieb saddlebag adapter for Brooks B17

I tweaked the Ortlieb saddle adapter that was made for the Cambium saddle to work with the even wider B17 rails. I also thinned out the model a lot so you can use the original hardware - just pop the hex nuts out of the original mount and press them into this one, no trip to the hardware store is needed. Make sure you optimize your print settings for strength by using high infill, increased wall layers, or both. I prefer PETG for extra strength and UV resistance.
