Ortlieb Bag Handle Tube Replacement

The cushion tube on the handle of the Ortlieb pannier bag had cracked over time, so I designed replacement parts which did not require re-sewing.The parts are inserted in alternating directions and then tied together with 3mm / 4mm paracord. Note that only the parts on both ends are different in shape.When attaching the bag to the carrier, close the lid buckle by wrapping the bag handle around it. If the bag handle is free, it will come in contact with the tire.[Japanese]Ortliebパニアバッグの持ち手のクッション的なチューブが経年劣化で割れたため、縫製をやり直さずに済む交換品を作りました。向きを交互にしてはめ込み、3mm/4mmパラコードを通して結びます。両端のパーツだけ形状が違うので注意してください。キャリアへのバッグ装着時には、持ち手を巻き込むようにしてバックルを閉めてください。フリーの状態だとタイヤに接触してしまいます。
