Ortha small puppet head
prusaprinters

The original Ortha (she's 2.6meters long, weighs 14.98kg) was made for the Eurofurence 23 puppet show: "The Skies of Astar" (an almost 3-hour amateur live puppet show with took place in the Estrel Hotel, Berlin, Germany, 19th August 2017). She is a giant 4-legged puppet with foldable wings, that is played by 2-6 puppeteers (depending on what features are used).

Several people wanted to build a smaller version of her, so I made this version of the head base (this model works better for a smaller hand puppet or plushie build). I also included some parts that were not 3d-printed in the original model (teeth and ears).

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKzAJEsGlB8"></oembed>

Movable eyes and eyelids can be installed, my tongue model fits, and you can use Bowden cables to control the ears and eyelids.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/JqXeANBmOiQ
