My mom, a librarian, inspired me to create a unique Mother's Day gift. The bookstand design was generated from a fractal in Apophysis, enhanced in Photoshop, and transformed into a 3D model using Shapeways, Netfabb, Tinkercad, and Meshlab. I've attached two x3D files: one with intricate details for a more challenging print and another solid version without holes for easier printing. This gift is custom-made and printable in the coming days.
